Returns and Refunds

We offer a return policy of 30 days from the date of receipt of your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with labels still attached. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at info@neckone.se to start a return. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions for the return. Goods returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Under European Union law, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are automatically refunded to the original means of payment within 10 working days. If you have not received the refund within 15 working days from the approval of the return, please contact us.

Delivery & Processing

  • The surface of the sticks should be applied where the neck muscles attach to the back of the skull.
  • Relax and breathe calmly, slowly and let gravity take care of the treatment.
  • For a softer pressure put something soft over the sticks (for example a towel).
